All sales are final.  We are a small souvenir shop w/ limited resources, not Macy's (and even they aren't doing so hot these days!).  That being said if you find something defective with your garment please contact us at docksidesji@gmail.com and we will either replace it or fully refund you.  

Packages are shipped USPS Priority out of Friday Harbor. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling as our post office is not open on the weekends and closes at 3pm daily.  

Transit Time Expectation from Friday Harbor:
Northeast:  allow up to 5 days (not including handling time)
Southeast:  allow up to 5 days (not including handling time
Southwest:  alow up to 4 days (not including handling time)
Midwest:  allow up to 4 days (not including handling time
West:  allow up to 3 days (not including handling time)
